Main Duties
|
Reporting to our Head of Admin & Payroll, this candidate will support the team in processing weekly timesheets for candidates who have worked for us.
|
Role Description
|
- Processing weekly timesheets for candidates on our system
- Running payroll lists on Excel
- Closing off bookings on our CRM
- Generating timesheet templates
- We review contractors’ compliance documents and pass them through our workflow to see if they meet our expected standards.
- To handle queries on external stakeholders based on our standard operating practices.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by email, internal communication channels, and telephone.

Personal Specification
|
- No experience is required as full training will be provided
- You will be competent in using a computer and have a basic understanding of Excel
- You will be able to communicate well verbally and written
|
Salary & Benefits
|
- Salary £19,500 per annum
- 25 days holiday, pro-rated
- Early finish during daylight saving hours
- Friday finishes at 14:30 (working one out of four weeks to 16:30) during non-peak training months.
- Ability to sell five days of holiday back
- Earning one day of holiday per quarter for full attendance
